If you tell me how I can keep Lawrance in proficient Game Shape every week I will do it. I give him excellent minutes every week of the season but he just likes to be strong.

Because I only have three trainees I often train Lawrance when I do two position training. He never pops because he is old and capped but I figure it can't hurt. Guess what? He had a rebounding pop! Shuffle your depth chart Whitebeard Lawrance had a pop!

At last he gets a pop! Too bad Wazza out-shined him this week with a JR pop at 33. :p
