Experience/know how is still the most valuable and underestimated asset in this game

Experience / Knowledge of the game includes;

Ability to identify "ideal players" on the transfer market
To know what a fair price is
To know the best time of week to sell or buy
To read the mind of an opponent
To know what strategies to play with what players
To identify the strength and weaknesses of your opponent and their players.
How to exploit your players strengths and expose your opponents weaknesses
To know which games to use enthusiam in and or concede
To know how to training players
To know what to set ticket prices at
To know when to try and promote (and when not)
To run a budget
To identify players to steer clear of despite (even if the majority of people think otherwise)
To plan a training strategy
To manage gameshapes
etc etc etc etc etc

Game is not all about having big stadiums and good players

Lots of teams around the world have had the assets that you speak of, but they will get passed in time by those who dont but who have the smarts for the game

Proof of this will be in 3 or 4 seasons time when the top 20 or so Utopian teams will be better than many of the teams who currently have large stadiums

The top 20 teams will be mostly guys who daytraded the first 2 seasons before they shut that down.

I dont agree and ultimately IMO most of the 20 top teams from Utopia that will appear in 3 or 4 seasons time, wont be in the 1st wave of teams (those currently in Div II)

IMO those who have taken their time and trained players and who have invested in their stadiums will go past those who have brought older players with large salaries

A lot of guys who couldn'T win probably wont renew their teams.

Could be a problem if it keeps getting talked up

That might be true, and might not ...
... but anyway those teams who got 2+ million additional money from transfers will outfinance teams who focus just on training and stadium. Why? Because they do the same as the other just with 2 millions more.

Day trading is such a vague term in many ways

Having an eye for the transfer market is definitely a big advantage in this game.

I believe that my Utopian team has benefited from my "eye on the transfer market", but I certainly dont consider myself to be a day trader in the context that the term is used
