I actually did find it
(50361) after some searching, thanks for asking. I had some luck though, as my old team was taken over by another manager, who no longer is active. However, the team had been crowned champions in the 4. division last season, so I was able to find them relatively quickly. It was nice to get the confirmation, during which seasons I was active with this team and actually recognize some of the old players again.
