ideally you'd want a lvl 5 (superior) trainer but it's not that big of a bonus. I think it's something like a 10% bonus over a lvl 4, so you can make your own call on that. a lvl 4 certainly wont hinder you from making an NT player with proper 1 position training etc. If it's trainer vs top scottish trainee though, i'd say trainee every time.

I'll keep my eyes out for guys going on sale and i hope people will continue to post here if they're selling scottish.

You guys should be all over it. An NT player from your own country who plays is worth an extra $50k a week in merchandise, totally worth it. Makes the player far more cost effective.
