It may actually be better that it broke where it did though... If it had been higher up by the knee or lower down by the ankle then he is dealing with a lot more ligaments which makes come backs a lot harder. Not saying that was a good spot to break it in half, but it could have been a lot worse, (which is very scary to say).

He is already looking at least at a rod, and probably 7-8 pins/screws. Not too mention probably 2 months before he even walks on it. I'm not saying a comeback is impossible..... but I wouldn't pencil him in for playing time. To me, this looked similar but worse than the injury that ended QB Joe Theismann's career.

Gotta say, I can't imagine being on that bench. Not an scene any of them will ever forget.

Did anyone else see the Louisville player who snapped his leg in half at the calf? It made me cringe. Very heartbreaking.

No, but it sounds awful. Hate to see any of these kids have something like that happen to them. I lost all my hoops appetite earlier in the day watching Florida's shooting woes at Jerry World continue against a Michigan team that had found its stroke late against Kansas and never lost it. It would be a bad sign for the Gators that JerryWorld has the Final Four next season, except that of course you've got to get past the Elite 8 to get there and, well, that hasn't gone over so well recently.

I really hope and pray that Ware has a speedy recovery. Dr. Oz did says that it's possible that he could play anywhere between 6 months to a year from now. Not sure if it'll happen, as Pitino said he'll be out for a year. He's walked on crutches today, so maybe there's a chance.

Tough injury, but it is making the guy famous since it was such a unique way of getting hurt.

I really like the way Michigan is playing right now, I like them to beat the Orange this Saturday.

They are going to have to show how they can outshoot syracuse.

I want Michigan to win their game as well. They're gonna have to beat that 2-3 zone with jumpers and kickout threes. Burke and Hardaway Jr. need to come up big.

3-2 zone*

'Cuse run 3-2. It'll be hard for TB to get going to MCW on him... 6'6 PG. But if they can drive, and get Nik Stauskas hot in the corner again, NATIONAL CHAMPIONS BABY.

I'm form Michigan, and a true U of M fan.
I wanna see all the MSU fans hate if they make it to the championship game, and win it;)

Syracuse runs a 2-3. And either way MCW wont be guarding Burke most of the night.
