What makes you suggest that other U21s are well-managed and the players at this level are quite even?

I just mean all U21 managers only become managers after a tough election. Most of them are experienced and dedicated. The difference in individual ability is not big. The key is always the player. SGP has few talents, but this only means our team does not have much depth. It does not mean we are weak. Only the work to maintain our standard is harder. We need to handle every talent with extreme care.

The schedule of this season has been out. We have a quite good draw, but when it comes to the second round, things will be more complicated. Every team has some real good players The key things are if we have at least 2 decent players for every position and the tactics and also secondaries like passing and driving. My biggest concern is the SF spot. I would like to see if we have inside-out and inside / outside focused SF this year. In my view, a good SF can be a game changer if used well.

It's not a must be. I just feel that, as for this year limited pool and trainer, it' better to be this way, but well, i did mention, saying it will still be very well up to the manager, we will discuss with the manager, know of how they feel on the player and his team. So it's like, discssion will still be done with manager, if they dont like this way, i'm fine with it, we as a management, no matter wht, we will still try to hlp the manager on the training of player if needed.

For example:
Due to limit potential, its like, asking a 'Allstar' to be a SF? he may be able to be a SF for u21 but it's not enough to be a SF to player for NT. so we are trying to maximize the skill to link up with the potential of the player.

Bro Audi*,

This election is very important for Singapore U21. You know why? Because this season 20 Asia U21 Championship Tournament is in Singapore. We have HCA. That's why i decided I will join in this election. I really cannot give this chance to NT. We are sure we must reach next round. If i have a chance I will try to reach at least semi. Please let it be.

It's depending on the need of the NT, which the manger of NT want his team to be. But for my side, since i electing for U21, i'm looking to build a balance team, and for U21 there are only few season to train, so it's setting a idea skill set for u21 player is not really a good point.

So like i say, the team will discuss, see what does NT, U21 and the club need, so we would train the player due to the need of this 3 point, but still for those skill that are better to be train when young, we will try to concentrate on those.

I'm sorry. As an experienced U21 manager, if that is what you think after serving 4 seasons in the NT staff, your knowledge is nothing but that of a normal manager who has never been involved in the NT setup, and still you dare say "I have much more experience. I am much more familiarized with the whole U21 stuff. This is my biggest advantage (albeit it seems to be miniimal compared to being a local)" (Ref: (210228.91)). You are not familiar with anything but player training. I suggest you give up now and go back to scouting.

I don't mean to be arrogant. But so make such a silly statement shows how ignorant you are over NT matters in BB as a whole and also the previous fixtures of SGP U21, which you claim to be in your heart, and a U21 manager cannot afford to be so ignorant.

I know your main point is that we should develop players meticulously so that they can bring success to the country, but being a U21 manager, you have to be aware of other teams as well. Do you know, as a U21 manager, there are times when I actually have to go to scout the other manager's club and check his track record? Didn't expect that did you? Although it rarely happens, but there are times when you need to go to that extent.

Sorry for exposing your NT experience bluff. I was also once a NT staff with no NT management experience prior to elections, and I used to use that statement to elevate my status, despite being nothing but just a translator (we had a foreign manager in season 3 and he was afraid Malaysians couldn't speak English) and was never involved in any scouting or tactical discussions. But the difference between the both of us is that I didn't come up with my own assumptions and project them to the whole community. If I did I had always looked for reference that proved me right, therefore making it a fact, and not just an assumption like your statement above.

Hello Terfu, you make me confused, but what assumption do you think I have made that you disagree so much? Do you mean that some U21 managers are much better than others? And that there are silly managers out there? I just respect all the other U21 managers and I also believe there are many capable managers out there who are not managing NT / U21.

You write a lot here but I can't get your point. Do you mean that I am so ignorant that I would not track down other team's players and record? What makes you say this? Of course I'll scout my opponents. Actually I spent most of my time on BB looking through other teams, especially the performance of the player back many seasons ago, the major players and the usual tactics. I do it always. Your accusations are quite serious and ungrounded I think. Just because I didn't say it explicitly didn't mean I don't do it.
