Just got a level 4 trainer yesterday with a salary of $11k. Thanks for the advice and time. I look forward to the skill pops and start making money!!!

Carlos Oneill looks like your best trainee. Try to get 2 more guys like him and start single position training all 3 on their guard skills for 2 seasons.. A level 4 trainer will be just fine for that...

11k, quite cheap for lvl 4 trainer. Good luck with whatever you're planning to do :)

Agreed. I would like to think that the other two trainees are Yan Jia Rong and Yair Brener. The latter two have some secondaries (passing, handling, driving). I hope I read enough in the past few days to have gotten right the secondaries for guards. LOL...

Thanks... I am not planning to do much other than train players in BB. Right now, I am going to train PG and SG as I used to play in those positions. But that was ages ago. :)
