Interesting, hidden proneness to fouling u can understand but you would think TO would be based solely on Passing and Handling skills. Well it should be based solely on passing/handling anyway.

don't know i could imagine also a "safety" attitude, which also exist in real life i think, some people take less risk then other sometimes you get oppurtunitys through a risky pass/drive and sometimes you loose the ball. I won't put my hand on fire for this, but i won't be surprised if it's there.

thats why i use the As/To ratio, because this correlates a bit with the time he got the ball. But as you said LeBron made risky passes, and there are also players out there who are good passer but maybe sometimes choose the more safe option or break up an attack and reorder it - you miss some oppurtunitys and highligth vid's for it, which leads maybe to more finished attacks but maybe not that good ones.
