Hello guys and hopefully girls,

To try to wrap my previous work in a few sentences, I would write that it was a bumpy road. When I started I didn't have communication with any of you. Then due to obligations in real life, I forgot to set the lineup and was so disappointed that I wanted to give up. Then, seeing no one was answering my forum posts, I decided to translate all of them and at least I was getting likes for those messages. Then I created a training guide that can be found here (https://www.buzzerbeater.com/community/forum/read.aspx?thr...). From that point, I started to get messages from some of you regarding training and we started to prepare players for competitions. The result is obvious, WE GOT A MEDAL ON CHAMPIONSHIP OF ASIA after 40 seasons. Also, on one draft Indonesia got a great prospect, an All-time great player with good skills, and I am in contact with the manager about him. He is growing well and I put him in the U21 squad to get experience. He didn't play much but he is still 19 years old, with good training and support from the next U21 and me, he will be one of the best, if not the best players Indonesia had.

Now, as I already announced, I won't be a candidate for the Indonesian U21 national team for the next 2 seasons... I was doing that job for the last 10 seasons or 2 and a half years of real life and I think that now is the time to take a pause and to go to the next level - I will join elections for the Indonesian senior national team next season.

On the other hand, my real-life friend, and a person to whose message I am replying, manager sismis, already submitted his candidacy to take my place. The idea is to have him as a coach doing all dirty jobs (scouting young Indonesian players, updating those Google sheets I made, etc.) and I will be there to support him through the preparation of tactics as he did for me, but also continuing to answer and work with all of you that I was in contact with in previous seasons regarding training and all other stuff. That way, in case I would be chosen as the coach of the Indonesian senior national team, we will be working together and all the players with higher potential will be followed until the end of the training cycle (27+ years old) and all of them will be trained for both, U21 and A national team. With that approach, I hope we will be able to take a medal with the senior squad as well as we did with U21 2 seasons ago.

All in all, I think I did a good job with your U21 team and I hope you will give me a chance to continue doing the same with the senior national team of Indonesia, and also you will help me in that intention by selecting my friend sismis (100532) because only with joined effort we will be able to do great things for the senior national team... Otherwise, we risk that players will be badly trained under some other U21 coach and they won't be good for the senior team.

Seperti yang sudah Anda lihat, saya orang yang transparan, tidak ada yang disembunyikan jadi apa pun yang Anda butuhkan, Anda bisa ping ke saya tapi juga terlibat...

Yes, that is my intention, I don't want to stop working with your National team. I just established communication so now it is the time to involve someone else and also bring everything to the next level.

And of course, I would like you to be involved. By you I mean anyone from BB Indonesia, but also you directly because I saw you coached U21 and we can do everything together... As you already saw, I am a transparent guy, nothing is hidden so whatever you need you can ping me but also be involved...

Pekerjaan Martinenko dengan tim Indonesia U21 sangat luar biasa dan saya ingin melanjutkan apa yang dia tinggalkan. Saya adalah pelatih tim senior Serbia selama 10 musim, juga memiliki banyak pengalaman bekerja di U21 karena saya selalu antusias untuk kompetisi tim nasional. Bersamaan dengan itu, seperti yang dikatakan Martinenko, saya membantunya dalam persiapan taktik dan memantau tim lawan.
Bersama Martinenko dan kalian semua, kami ingin membentuk tim U21 dan senior yang kuat demi BB Indonesia yang lebih baik.

Hi everyone, just want to thank Martinenko for recommendations and to say couple of words.
Martinenko’s work with Indonesian U21 was amazing and I want to continue where he stopped. I was coach of Serbian senior team for 10 season, also have a lot experience with U21 work because im always enthusiastic for national teams competition. Along with that, as Martinenko pointed out, I was helping him with tactics preparation and scouting opponent teams.
Together with Martinenko and all of you, we want to make strong U21 and senior team for better Indonesian BB.
It’s possible only with having all of you involved in training of Indonesian players so I hope we will rock it together!

First of all, just wanna to thank for your support. I want to introduce myself in BB world. I play this game 13 years of real life with my team Batinari, coached Serbian A team 10 season, follow the work of Serbian U21 last 16 season and Indonesian U21 last 10 season, so it's not new beginning, we will continue where Martinenko stopped, disc is updated so everybody can see it, just need to send BB mail to ex Coach to confirm your email. More about this season and Asian championship i will write in Friday, till then i want to contact everybody from Indonesian BB who have potential players from 18-21y.
If you need any help about training, tactics or any other BB topic you can write me or Martinenko anytime you want! Musim 64 - Kejuaraan Asia U21
Setelah turnamen U21 terakhir yang spektakuler dan medali perunggu untuk Indonesia dan Martinenko, kami kembali hadir untuk tantangan baru.

Pengundian ini mengirim kami ke grup A bersama tuan rumah turnamen Lebanon, favorit grup NT – Hong Kong, dan tim nasional lainnya yang menunggu kesempatan untuk lolos ke tahap kedua – Vietnam, Arab Saudi, Jepang, dan lawan pertama kami Iran.

Grup memang tidak mudah, tapi kami salah satu favorit di grup A, jadi ekspektasinya adalah salah satu dari empat tempat menuju babak kedua.

Kejuaraan dimulai pada hari Senin, dan ini adalah jadwal pertandingan kami untuk tahap pertama:
1. Iran
2. Libanon
3. Jepang
4. Hongkong
5. Vietnam
6. Arab Saudi

Season 64 - Asian U21 championship
After a spectacular last U21 tournament and bronze medal for Indonesia and Martinenko we are here again for new challenges.

The draw sent us in group A together with tournament host Lebanon, group favourite NT - Hong Kong, and other national teams that are waiting for their chance for second stage - Vietnam, Saudi Arabia, Japan and our first opponent Iran.

Group is not easy, but we are one of favourite in A group, so expectations are one of the four places that lead to the second stage.

Championship starts in Monday, and this is our game schedule for first stage:
1. Iran
2. Lebanon
3. Japan
4. Hong Kong
5. Vietnam
6. Saudi Arabia

Saya melihat ini agak terlambat di Indonesia, tapi saya harap Anda punya waktu untuk mengikuti U21 kami musim ini. Seperti yang saya katakan tuan rumah turnamen kami adalah Lebanon, jadi pertandingan akan dimulai pada pukul 16:00, yaitu antara pukul 22:00 dan 00:00 waktu Indonesia jika saya tidak salah karena Anda memiliki 3 zona waktu?

Lawan pertama kami adalah Iran. Tim terlihat sangat kompetitif, dan saya yakin pemain besar mereka akan memberi mereka kesempatan untuk lolos ke tahap kedua.
Daftar pemain kami siap untuk bertanding, 12 pemain terbaik saat ini sudah berada di lapangan!

Championship is here!
I see it's bit late in Indonesia, but I hope you will have time to follow our U21 this season. Like I said our tournament host is Lebanon, so games will start in 16:00h, which is between 22:00 and 00:00 by Indonesian time if I'm not in wrong cause you have 3 time zone?

Our first opponent is Iran. Team looks very competitive, and I'm sure their big guys will give tham chance for second stage.
Our roster is ready for game, best 12 in this moment are on court already!

Sayangnya awal kejuaraan yang buruk.
Iran memilih untuk menghabiskan uang mereka hari ini, sehingga mereka mendapat sedikit dorongan dalam rebound dan turnover kami yang memberi mereka 20 serangan lebih banyak dan kuat pada kuartal terakhir.
Saya sangat puas dengan pelanggaran kita hari ini, 52% tetapi pertahanan kita buruk, juga karena PDB yang meleset.

Pertandingan ini sudah berlalu, fokus saya sekarang adalah Lebanon. Satu lagi pertandingan sulit karena mereka akan mendapat keuntungan sebagai tuan rumah, kami menunggu hari Jumat. Saya berharap untuk latihan dan bentuk permainan yang bagus.

Unfortunately bad start of championship.
Iran choose to spent their ent today, so they get little boost in rebounds and our turnovers which give them 20 more attacks and powerful last quarter.
I'm very satisfied with our offense today, 52% but our defence was bad, also because of missed GDP.

This game is behind us, my focus now is on Lebanon. One more hard game cause they will have home advantage, we are waiting Friday I hope for good training and game shapes.

Kemenangan besar hari ini melawan tuan rumah turnamen Lebanon! Mereka mempunyai keunggulan sebagai tuan rumah, namun tidak cukup dalam pertandingan hari ini.
Kami melihat beberapa kinerja besar hari ini.
Pertama Black Mamba - Kiki Manik mencetak 47 poin, yang merupakan poin terbanyak kedua dalam satu pertandingan sepanjang sejarah U21 Indonesia.
Kedua, Ilman Stockton Suwandhi memecahkan rekor assist terbanyak dalam satu pertandingan, ia menyumbang 19!
Kemenangan pertama saya bagi kami sebagai pelatih U21. Jadi satu kesenangan lagi.

Pertandingan berikutnya adalah Senin depan melawan Jepang.

Big win today against tournament host Lebanon! They had home advantage, but not enough in today's game.
We saw some big performance today.
Firstly the Black Mamba - Kiki Manik scored 47 point, which is second most in one game for Indonesian U21 history.
Secondly Ilman Stockton Suwandhi broke a record for most assist in one game, he had 19!
My first win us a coach of U21. So one more pleasure.

Next game is in next Monday against Japan.

Kemenangan kedua untuk tim kami, sekarang melawan Jepang. Kiki Manik tampil satu kali lagi dengan 43 poin, satu pertandingan lagi untuk 10 poin terbanyak yang dicetak.
Kami mengendalikan permainan sejak awal, setiap pemain memiliki peran penting hari ini.

Senin depan kami bermain melawan favorit grup Hong Kong, pertandingan yang sulit pastinya tetapi kami tidak akan menyerah.
Harapan untuk pelatihan dan bentuk permainan yang baik terlebih dahulu.

Second victory for our team, now against Japan. Kiki Manik had one more show with 43 point, one more game for top10 most points scored.
We controlled game from beginning, every player had important role today.

Next Monday we play against group favourite Hong Kong, hard game for sure but we won't surrender.
Hope for good training and game shape firstly.
