Why would you offer a TIE, if it is not in your own interest...just to be friendly ofcourse! Why else? ;)
At the end of the day, participating in mutual TIEs is going to do someone else over ultimately. I think it's pathetic to whinge if you don't get a reply to TIE. Offering is a simple risk, you know the risks when you make the offer, now don't have a cry about it.Personally, I would love some team to offer a TIE against me as you know you have the upper hand strategically, whether you respond (with yes, or no), or not...
