This new system is horrible. I'm a division II team and there's absolutely, positively no way I can afford to bid on any respectable staff and then pay their salaries on top of that. I've already lost money this season. If it's not changed by the end of this season, I'm done.

If nobody can afford to pay for the respectable staff, then prices of the staff will drop.

I would like to add that I agree fullt with Jan here. Im staying with my lvl 2 / 5 / 4 staff, because the benefit added by the upper levels isn't that high to replace the costs of getting them (which currently is in the 500+ thousand range).

Although I am trying to get staff of those levels with specialities, because they can be helpful come playoff time.

... after all, it's just basic supply and demand.

I hope that this statement is true. But, I doubt. U see, there are 3 arguments against the point that "with time, the prices for the staff members will start to drop":

1. With time, the current teams will gain more and more money. = More money

2. With time, more and more new BB membres will join. = More teams.

3. Level 7 Trainer is very rare! = Fixed supply.

With time there will be 1) more money accumulated by the current teams, and 2) more teams in BB. That means that the demand for lvl 7 trainer till raise. And because the supply will stay fixed (small avalable lvl 7 trainer) i believe that the prises for lvl 7 trainers will still be high (higher maybe).

What you're also missing is that some of those people who are now willing to bury 2 million in a level 7 coach will figure out that it's much more effective to keep 1,950,000 of this money and buy a level 5 coach.

What? Now you tell me after I've spent $6.5M on three level 7 staff members and can't afford their ever-rising salary demands!
