The fan survey update is one of the heaviest ones we run on the servers. Most of the time the update itself runs 3+ hours. I can add that time to the estimate to make it "seem" more accurate.

Everything was delayed a lot due to season starting, which wreaks havoc on the first economy update. I believe it did complete before the first games on Tuesday.
