Gradually increase is the only fair way to do it. 10 seasons of training and planning should not just be thrown in a dumpster and lit on fire.

Of course we'll do it gently. It's not going to break anyone's bank and it's not going to push players into their potential cap. This is the only way to make this work that makes sense.
