your not the only one who bought a massive roster and lost learvins in mu div 3 last season bought up a 500k roster to and lost in the first round of playoffs

I didn't answer this question right away because anything I say regarding arena is just an estimate based on arena's I've seen and attendances my team has had.

But I think you need to build at least a few more Lower Tier, Courtside and Luxury seats if you want to maximise your income. Especially courtside and luxury.
