Your work with the U21 is a joke, thanks for kicking my player out of the team - good job! We'll see if some bot team players will perform better for you guys.

as from early this morning am not the U21 national team....

i did a mistake (wasnt aware of the rules) and send a message to all barbadian users during the elections informing them about me being a candidate...
the penalty is to be removed from U21 coach and get a fine...:(

so i am not responsible for kicking the best player of the team....
u should ask any questions to the new coach who was boosting so much about his skills and know how...
apparently he is not aware that by getting rid of any player the team loses on game shape...

thanks to everyone that helped me the past few weeks...

unfortunately little David is proving me right once again....
he decided to get rid of all players that had active managers.....

if the new coach is interested am willing to send him all the data i have been collecting.
if not good luck...

You maybe not like my plan, but my plan is brilliant and like I said, it will take time to make it happen, and some managers will dissagree.
As I can see your player has been called in the NT, and that was excepted.

And that's one of the reasons i kicked him from U21.
1.He'll be called in NT
2.I'll give experience to young players
3.He is very good, i must agree, but too old

And if you don't like this, DON'T WRITE.

You have no idea what you did... Experience is no factor as you gain almost nothing from NT games - you could have looked at Arkless' XP and see that - he played most minutes in every game and has no exceptionally higher XP than other players of his age.

Your "golden generation" will be copper in two years as bots usually dont train players.

I'd rather have my player be a regular starter in the U21 than a third option on the NT - btw. you told me "to contact the NT manager in 2 or three seasons" this alone tells me you are a clueless manager. Good luck to you and your inexistant group of supporters.

Your player is the worst "outside" player in NT Barbados, and you are happy with that?

hey knecht i have been assisting troy and now hopefully david will keep me on as an assistant too

at the moment he is just adding and removing every babrados player in the universe

we do want to suppert managers that have trained their players well for our nt so i am sure by monday there will be some real players back on the team

obviously the top priority will be to save players from bottification

but if you player is really one of the top half a dozen barbados players i hope to see him back in uniform and on the court for the game on monday - but i am sure you can understand that we just want the few best and the rest of the slots will be for guys we are trying to save

hey david - seeing as we are going to go 0-X this season i figure there is no need for any secrecy - lets start posting the best players and get a debate going

thor - i hope you are still keen to help barbados and maybe you can go for the senior coach next season, is there a way you can send david your database of the 78 players you recorded as well as the 33 coaches you have been talking with?

i am not the coach but i am sure the coach can do the right thing by your player as long as you keep on doing the right thing by him too - as i think you have been

i see he got 5 minutes of game time last week, that isn't really your fault if he gets injured, it sucks, my best trainee got a 3 week injury the first game of the season and still has 2 weeks to go

i have listed all the best guys to be saved this week only about 5, besides them im sure david can find room for some good players like gary - keep up the great work

I have 12 players in the U21 Team for now.
The best 8 of 18 years old players, the best 2 of 19 years old, and the best 2 of 20 years old players.
I won't post all of them on forum, just the players you want to see their skills, because who knows, maybe opponent is scouting our forums O.o

unfortunately our little youngster thinks he knows best and although i DID mention that last Friday that am willing to send him all the info he didnt bother contacting me since he believes he knows best.....

the main reason i wanted to send all the hard work i have been doing the last few weeks is not for little david to WASTE the entire season ...

my work had information when exactly the team of a good 18yrs old would become BOT and THEN he would be called in the U21 in order to be out for sale from the managers i have been in contact with.In that way we would have kept a strong core in our team without affecting the team's game shape and we would be competitive in our games....

After each match of U21 Barbados I will post something about the match, our good minutes, and bad minutes, and which players deserve "+1" for a good match, and who not, and whi did we won/lost, and of course, if players experience has grown up, I will post that too.


again little David is proving too little for the post....

umm kool but what about the previous players? u dont think we can win any matches with them?

i guess at the worst we can look at the lineups you set for the first two games and that should show us who the best players were

i think there needs to be a happy medium between the two policies you guys have

win now screw the future - screw now only win in the future

ok - i am exaggerating for effect but this is a bit how you guys seemed and i would like to see a few core guys trying to win games - maybe 7 real players is enough - while the other 11 spaces can be saved for guys going bot
