I know this is kind of late but I've got a lot of things going on. Sorry, this is all I could whip up before school:
The Panama Team Page is translated to say, 'Let's start a new illusion. Let's go, Panama.' What can we read from this?
Canada's big men will have to step up. They didn't play well against Moldova combining for 10 points and it almost cost us the game against Moldova.
Panama has an arsenal of reliable shooting guards that have to be stopped. Diant Stronks and Herman Kearns will have to step it up on defense.
Panama has home court advantage.
PREDICTIONS: Zmtomako will play Take It Easy
Canada 95- Panama 86
Game summary will come later in the evening. Thanks for reading.

Another tactical gamble by Zmtomako led to another win from Canada which continued the trend of Zmtomako making bizarre choices but the choice paying off for Canada as Canada defeated Panama 112-97 in Panama. Zmtomako sticked to the Motion offense against Look Inside and played Take It Easy but Canada still got the blowout win.
This game clearly exposed the X-Factor for the Canadian National Team which is their big men. The previous game against Moldova, they combined for 10 points in a game where Canada just managed to squeak out a win. Today was different though, they combined for 47 points which resulted in a Canada win.
Canada dominated the first quarter 31-22. It got scary when Panama picked it up in the 2nd and 3rd quarter to lead by 3 but a 36-18 comeback by Canada in the 4th all but buried Panama.
Sad news emerged from the game however as the injury curse resurfaced. Last week, it was Kev Fairchild getting injured. This week it was Diant Stronks and Gerry Stavridis. How Zmtomako deals with this, we'll have to find out.
Canada's next game will be against the rowdy English on the 2nd of July 2012 at 9:00 A.M. Boston Time. Be there or be square.

Are there long-term injuries for players injured during National Team games? Or is it just like Private Leagues where all injuries are for the current game only?

I think the injuries are just for the NT game, so they can't play for the rest of the game.

Canada Day was a day before England faced Canada in the Consolation Tourney but that didn't light a fire under their bellies, maybe because Coach Zmtomako told them to Take It Easy.
Canada lost the game to England 107-100 despite having Home Court Advantage. Zmtomako also chose to go Motion and Man to Man for what seemed like the thousandth time in a row. Canada are now barely hanging for life, they are ranking 28th out of the 32 teams that are available to qualify in the tournament.
Naismith Coaches: RiP, GM-beanerz and Beener took to the NT Team Forum Page to criticize Zmtomako's tactical choices, putting Kev Fairchild on the National Team to increase merchandise for his team, not including some of Canada's best players on the team etc. Beener even went as far as endorsing Beanerz for the NT Manager next season.
Zmtomako will get another chance to right his wrongs against Vietnam on Monday in Canada. Canada are favorites to win that game and everyone is hoping Zmtomako and the team doesn't blow it.
