Sveiki, noriu paklausti... Treniruociu taisyklese parasyta, kad treniruojant kamuolio valdyma ir tolimus metimus gali pakilti keli skilai. O sakykite, kokios dar treniruotes kelia po kelis skilus?
Ir dar, treniravau sia savaite SG zaidejui metima, jis buvo suzaides 43 minutes bei gavo trauma, o po treniruociu pasiziurejau kad jam pakilo pataikymo nuotolis. Cia taip gali buti?

Kiekviena treniruote praktiskai kelia kitam skilui subskila. Pavyzdziui artimus metimus treniruojant, kyla ir metimas retkarciais. Zinoma, antrinis skilas kyla netaip sparciai kaip pagrindinis, bet po kazkiek pasikelia.
Tavo SG gavo nepilna treniruote, bet jam matyt jos uzteko iki skilo pakelimo. Nesvarbu, ar zaidejas su trauma, ar ne, jeigu buvo kazkiek suzaides treniruojamoje pozicijoje minutes, tai jis gavo kazkiek treniruociu.
