I see a new team
(209242) that was created on 2025/7/7 and got promoted just by previous team’s record (1st in the conference).

I suggest that, for example after the playoffs, new teams should not replace computer teams that made it to the playoffs.
This can help reduce cases where teams that shouldn’t be promoted end up getting promoted.
