whats long run? im waiting about 12 seasons now.

most of Div II's in Australia have been like this. People have actually 'tanked' deliberately to change conferences.

PLease consider this great idea... much more to the divisions that is mixed with Bots... with the swiss-system in place for the BBM probably our BBs can use it too to balance the lowest Divisions of the Nations so that those who are trying to push for promotion will see a fair chance to advance... I am on a League where 3 of us who push for promotion are on the same Group... while on the other side the teams are just living in peace and seems content atm... while at least I am close to Bankruptcy in doing so... but still failed... TYVM...

Im not sure what your intention was here

I didn't realise Bro_Khen's post wasn't the only one, so I was replying about his idea specifically. I should have made that clear. I've not been in that exact situation but I've been in leagues where one side is clearly much stronger than the other, and it has to be very frustrating to be on the wrong side of it.

if thats good enough for BBs I believe that would be good enough for everyone...

but if the Rivalries is the Problem... BB could also look at just balancing the two Groups... switch Teams sides if needed and distribute the Relegated Teams in a way that all the Groups of the Division will have a balance in terms of power per Group...
or Migrate in Rivalry Pairs to form group that is balance to each other.. or the combination of the two...

That could even make the Allstar Games Roster Selection balance...
