It seems to me good 18 year olds will be worth more. All the decent draftees in my league are 19 years old.
Sure one was a 4500 MVP and an other a 4000 HoF but it seems there was not a single decent 18 year old in my league at least.

quick scout of dratees of over 3.5k and all star potential has shown this.

There were only 15 18 year olds who fit the bill. Of those there was 1 MVP and 5 superstars

And 86 19 year olds with 5 HoF, 10 MVP and 20 Superstar

A 19yo 7'2" Superstar who is nonetheless useless because he can't even touch the ball without turning it over, a 19yo 6'4" Allstar who is simply all-round lacklustre, and an 18yo 6'4" 6th man whose skills are actually decent, but who has about as much potential as a potato.
