what happening for NT election... Actually all the managers ( who manage teams of Singapore leagues ) r u sure to vote oversea manager for our NT? Actually that is no good situation for ours. One more no good situation ... some managers were not training SG rosters... I wanna suggest each manager who will play in SG leagues at least must need to train 1 or 2 SG roster/s in one position for SG team. Finally I thinking about why some managers are vote for oversea manager? Do u have any reason? He can do better than bro Eric? How about his experience and his rank? I think some of the league II managers also can do this job

So sorry Equant... see and be seen I wanna talk for managers of SG league teams.
I am also not Singaporean. But I wanna training Singapore rosters and I wanna see Singapore national team and U21 team will play in high level.

we had total 81 teams active and vote only 19 teams. Vote percentages was less than 25%. This figure also no good situation.

I understand what u mean. We had some same view, like- I prefer/feel the NT team should be run by managers that are in the country, it's way much easier to communicate and etc,

But since the result came out this way, there are nothing much we can do, but only do our part, train SGP draftee and help SG NT to a higher stage.

I am one of the voters of Equant. I believe he will be working hard for our NT.
When he was a scout, he turned my crap 2k 18yo player into an U21 material :

However, should Equant not making any changes, I willl vote back Eric.

Hello again. I made mu choise and I call all players, that I need. There are some players which is out of roster, but I can call only 18. Our big problem is : We have not SF. I know that this is the most difficult position to train, but we have only 2 choices (12227858) and (9679528) I call the first one because he is still trainable and he is younger than (9679528). The difference between this 2 players is not so big. I have one more concern: Two of our best players FSX and AKL are not in good GS . I do not like this, and I hope so that new owner of FSX will give him no more than 65-70 minutes per week. FSX is on the market now. I will be happy If someone SGP manager buy him.

ROSTER:

Irfan Bakti Abd Hamid, 22 Years, (18381747)
Li Shi Keng, 22 Years, (18958178)
Seow Yeng Jian, 23 Years, (17059491)
Peh Jian Long, 23 Years, (17059505)
Abd Rauf Ishak, 23 Years, (17059526)

Abdul Samad bin Ishak, 30 Years, (6924390)
Fang Shuangxiang, 30 Years, (7658767)

I'm still considering to call this player (17059544). We have one available slot, but If someone get injured for 3+ weeks, I must available slot to call other player. What do you think, guys?

Also we have these players, which are near by NT standarts:

Halim bin Mohd Noor, 22 years, (18381801)

Liew Ze Yeng, 27 years, (11273630) -> this one is no so bad, but I do not like atrocious skills

Congrats on winning the election, although personally i would have preferred a local manager too.

I guess we should have no problems with qualifying from pool C since we are the third ranked team in the pool. Good luck!

To the SGP community:
I would love to see the SGP forums be more active. The most active forum I see in the country is the SBBL forums, and it's very unhealthy because it only involves SBBL managers. I also hope there will be more teams who are willing to get involved with the NT/U21 setup (I mean more than just training players). It would be nice if managers like Hou Guan or Rae get involved with scouting since I think we now have one vacancy (Do we, Ben?)

Rae and Houguan are often travelling, so they aren't confident for this yet. Still desperate for one candidate here, especially as Equant will be focus more Senior NT. Need someone to take some load off him.
