No excuse in that one, it was a legitimate win brought on by your acquisition of Antonio (735485). That guy brutalized my D IV team.

You forget that I trained Joakim up to be a national teamer. Have you trained up any? I already told you, Joakims not going to be a factor long term. You can't improve him past what he is now. In that way he may be your best player ever. Nothing for you to mess up.

No I wasn't going to bring up your losses running for a national team head coach because Im not so sure your loss this season was earned. Though considering your prized guard hasnt shot better than 40% against me since season 2, any nation having you in charge of any kind of training program would suffer.

Take your guard (your third best player), your failed german (your second best player) and my center (your best player) and by all means, go home. Im done with this conversation for the night gentlemen. See you tommorow for training pop discussion. DFC will likely be absent for that one (its a sore subject for him).

Accept that some days you are the pigeon and some days you are the statue. Dilbert

towards the half:

all NBBA teams are up & looking good to set up a couple of big qtr finals next round.

i got lucky & Bollinger has been off injured since the 5th minute, playing against a FCP today & only turned it over twice so far, change for my team.

how certain are you that has been implemented for national tournament games? there is nothing in the rules about it, whereas there is for the BBB.

oh nevermind, you're right. the SF and F go to playoff CT/normal, not neutral court.

i really wish the games would be neutral court, it is too much of an advantage to give in a random draw.

my guess is the bb's are leaving HCA thru the finals to create a higher chance of an upset.

could be, but unless they rig the fixture so the reamining div II teams get home court they risk giving the II teams little to no chance.

in games between you, stogey, dhoff & myself we can all win away to the other teams but i reckon it would be 70-30 in favor of the home team, which IMO is way too much for a random draw & takes a bit away from the tactical aspect of these matches, even with perfect tactics the HCA could be too much to overcome.
