Well in Greeece NT here in BuzzerBeater last season we had some players with 200.00+ salary but they didn't had good stats...As a result the NT manager of Greece found some young talents and thay pllayed better. Now these talents are the basics of the team and the older ones have gone..And they were 31 years old.I think you should look for young talents that can replace the older ones

Salary isn't the only indicator of the strength of a player, but a 30 year old with better skills will always be better than 25 with lesser skills (assuming game shape is equal). There's no point dropping a 31 year old who is much better for a 25 year old simply because of the age. This isn't real life where you need to get young players through to develop - all they get here is a small spike in experience which, whilst probably useful (and mysterious), isn't enough to justify their inclusion.

I think it's the same. Youbg platers are more efficient in the game.

"More efficient" nah! Younger with same TSP play less efficiently as they aren't enough experienced.

Well I have my philosophy as all managers..Young players will not gain experience if we don't use them. I believe that young players are playing better than the old ones.In Greece we have this philosophy...in BB and in reality too

Yes thats what bb is, doesn't matter which path you follow, the only thing that matters is success.

I would be the guy, but we don't really have a database, and I'll probably be gone by the time he's NT material.

That's as good an idea as any. I know BB is moving towards making Shot Blocking more influential to inside defense, and he's lacking a bit there to be a pure inside player. I might be tempted to try and turn him into a SF and keep training some of the outside stuff. Make sure you keep bugging whoever is the NT manager in a season or two.
