hi i just need a resize on two images to use for my logo and banner... any help would be greatly appreciated

if someone wants to get creative feal free. but just a simple n quik resize would be enough for now. i know im just a beginer and everything but im hoping someone will like to play around with the concept of making a really cool design.. but thank to anyone that helps out. like i said if i could at least get a resize on the images i would be most greatlfull
