parang ganito eh... ok lang na mag bid sa staff ngayon... it is not the case na the earlier na gumawa k ng staff bids, it's better...
it's not the case ah?bids act more as a signing bonus... para lang ang dating eh, mag commit more on the future ung staff... pwede naman na sya na lang forever ang staff mo... kasi base sa sinabi ni BB-charles sa isang post sa staff system thread:
4) To answer another question that has been raised on here, staff salaries do not go up indefinitely, as it would make no sense for a level 2 staff member to eventually be making $100k/week. So if you really ignore your staff, you'll end up overpaying by a decent factor, but if you're willing to pay higher prices, you can keep a staff member forever and opt out of the system in that way, too.
it means na oo nga, weekly ang angat ng staff salary, pero it doesn't mean na mas matagal na staf, mas tataas ang sweldo. hindi din pwedeng malagpasan ang staff salary range ng isang lvl 5 trainer ang staff salary range ng isang level 6-7 trainer... buti nabasa ko to sa thread n yun... kasi eto din ung isa ko pang inaalala...
ang badtrip nga na fact is that staff wages increases weekly, pero ang iniisip ko (and maybe most of the players here in BB) na sana ung wages ay fluctuating... hindi puro taas lang...
main point: ang current salary ng staff sa staff market ay basically at it's lowest IMO, at pwedeng umangat in time, pero may limit din...
so isa pang fact: magandang strategy is to find lvl 5 staff on the market na may mababang wage. mas mababang starting salary, mas mabenta. kasi nga lahat naman sila tataas ng wages in the future.
