its not about my pocket
nippon nt will lose
i have trained him with 7 level coach for 1 season
and just in one position
you will regret

these are your nt players. its really funny just look at the age and weekly salary
you have to construct the future of nippon nt
its really funny

Takahide Hattori (11001925) Weekly salary: $ 5 940 Age: 19 Potential: star
Tomohito Takabe (9632108) Weekly salary: $ 8 079 Age: 20 Potential: allstar
Tooro Oishi (11002133) Weekly salary: $ 8 455 Age: 20 Potential: perennial allstar
Jotaro Narahashi (8205686) Weekly salary: $ 8 750 Age: 21 Potential: superstar
Teru Tsukade (8205675) Weekly salary: $ 10 114 Age: 21 Potential: 6th man
Soichi Hara (9632171) Weekly salary: $ 10 224 Age: 20 Potential: perennial allstar

Seiichi Mizofuchi (8205687) Weekly salary: $ 11 803 Age: 21 Potential: star

really i dont want to make my player nt
just i want to show to other players there is a player who is not nt but better than nt player

this is my player
Hideki Ochi (11001986) Weekly salary: $ 9 539 Age: 19

If you want him on the team, stop trying to sell him. I also told you..If you get his OD and passing up another level I will put him on the team. It is just that easy. Strong OD on a PG is death at the NT level.
just work harder dont talk too much its an advise

You are a silly fool. That advice will make more enemies than friends. peace

I'm sorry to say this, but salary doesn't say everything. You would need to know the specific skills that the players have to make a comparison.

Also, potential doesn't change how well a player plays. A 'star' player with prominent OD/prominent passing/prominent JS will outplay an 'MVP' with strong/strong/strong in the same position.

you are genious
i know all these things which you wrote above

yes salary doesnt say everything but in national team there are many players who are 21 years old and with 10.000 wage. you can predict their skill more or less. my player is sg and pg and his skill are equally diveded to six important skill. it means my player's wage arent overvalued.

yes you are right potential doesnt change how well player plays. dou you think 5 seasons later nippon nt will be able to win any achievment with starter potential player???? just answer this question.

i am sure he is one of the best nippon young player. and i really dont want to make him nt player. at least wiht this nt coach...

Stop your crying and train your player. It is easy...one more pop in OD and passing and he will be put on the team.
i am sure he is one of the best nippon young player

No he is not....All of my PG/SG's have proficent or better OD.
TRAIN YOUR PLAYER AND STOP WASTING MY TIME

Look, I'm not trying to make you feel bad or anything, just pointing out some things that needed to be said. The current coach has told you what he's looking for, so if you were to do it, he'd be on. If you don't want to, then don't. It's as simple as that. Our coach has done a good job with the team so far, and he knows what he's looking for. If you don't agree with him, than go be an NT coach for some team and show us.

To be honest, I think the conversation is over, and it'd be a good idea to just let it go. We know what you want and how you feel, and you know what the coach wants and how we feel.

Is anybody from Japan going to step up and be the NT coach? Mizik, you did a great job, how about another term?
