i think that qualifing for the second round is also the goal of all of us, but i belive its not realistic for now

i can explain

1. scotland draw to a group with slovakia and russia which are much better teams than ours! we may beat slovenia and israel and get max 3-4 place which wont make us to the second round.

2. the match draw is also not for our favor.
we are staring the tournment with matches aginst slovakia and russia! if you will go crunch aginst them for example and win lets say the first match the low enthusiasim in the next match cant get you to win the next match.
if you will go normal you wont beat them!
if you will go T.I.E you wont beat them for sure.

i know what im writing here isnt give me more points in the scottish electors but guys be realistic.
only two from each group qulify for the second round and right now i think slovakia which last season is the finalish world champion plus russia which is the finilist of the counsolition tournement are mutch better than our NT.

I am aware the odds are heavily stacked against us, but I will do whatever I can to improve the Scottish National Team, which really means breaking .500 but I want to set the mark really high so I always have something to work towards.

1. if you will be elected to be the next NT couch, What goals will you have for the scottish NT?
do you plan to get them to the wourld championship? or maybe you will satisphay by getting them to the euopean second round?
and the second question is how do you plan to find new scottish talents which can be good potetials for the NT lets say 3-4 seosons from today!

1-Difficult question to answer, to have an idea I need to see the players, in some cases I prefer players who have less salary, but some secondary rather than helps in the game. Basically if I am elected I will try to get the best possible results, but do not make promises I can not keep. For the talent search I am very interested in players aged 21 to 24 years, those words that are part dell'U21 or nearly managed to get in, but are trained constantly. You can easily find I need to scout (some which I know will help me) and is developing a tool to search for players.

2. for the scottish community: i know you are a small community but think for a moment what can you to to make it bigger... if the community stay small the NT squad will stay very limited in good potentials and players think about it!

2-Absolutely true, if the community does not grow is difficult to achieve, I have in mind some suggestions that maybe they can lure some managers of the community and can help to increase the interest in the national team, for example, with some contest. In my opinion an active community with which to compare is always a good thing for those who coach the national

and last but not least: if ill be elected i would be happy to join at least two of you do do a scouting work for the NT.
I have some israeli friends who will be in my crow but id rather have a local users to do this job.

For me, anyone who wants to help is always welcome :-) in any case if I dont be elected I would like to help the national team (also U21) for the next season ;-)

Barauch you are very realistic...i like it ;-)

In global competition, but also the European Union, we will certainly against very strong teams. The best we can do is to select certain items that we believe we can win, to get the best finish possible and for this reason the management of the enthusiasm and commitment will be crucial ;-)

i liked your answer

the whole idea by managing the NT is to get the best players with the best game shape!
game shape is also a very important issue:

compering to your private team you dont need to calculate sarary of the player cause you as a manger dont pay his salary
his team does!

the most important thing is to be in touch with the mangers who have NT players in the squad and also with thos who can be in the future to come.

the training of this players isnt your direct responsibility but you need to guide and get couporetion with this managers!

there sucsses is the NT sucsses!

You touched another key importantly, the shape of the players, I take this opportunity for a question to the candidates.

In your opinion, is better a very strong player, but out of shape or a player with good shape and well managed?

Game shape is vital - I'd play a lesser player with good GS, definitely. The output of the good GS player will be at worst similar, if not better, unless there is a big gap between their skills, and it rewards the managers who care about the NT and attempt to keep their players with good GS.

there isnt a cutting answer to this question.

GS as said is a vital thing espesially when you play in the higher levels of the NT matches.
my agenda is that players less than 7 in GS wont play in the coming match.
the goal is that most of NT squad will be in 8-9 GS most of the time but as you know that doesnt really depend on us.

in my opinion, a player that has a manager that care well the shape, is in many cases, most important of the skill of the player.
for example a C-PF with
IS 15 ID 16 RIM 15 shape 8-9 stable is better than a player with
IS 16 ID 17 RIM 16 shape 6-7 and unstable
For this reason, in addition to seeing the skill, I think we should also focus on managers who own the player to see if they can manage well the shape.

P.S. for example, I only used the main skill if the other skills are all the same
