@Wendell: your guy is a scorer? Because I have no time for offense


Not yet - but I plan to do some offense starting now (1on1/ Forwards), then probably some ID and passing (for the older guys), then some more Offense for everyone. So I hope he'll be able to score a bit by the time he'll turn 20 ;)

Did some preliminary scouting and if the 20 year olds had some training this season, it looks like we have a pretty full roster for next season's consolation tournament. Let's hope we can get home court! But then. we're pretty thin on 19 year olds... so hopefully, with your trainings, it'll pull up our deficits

Doesn't sound too bad. HCA + we'll figure out how to get you some nice team for that home-court-tournament, hopefully. The U21 also needs a nice trophy to display.

Tae-Young Hong, (42761696), retired today at 42 y old. He played 40 times in the NT and 24 times for the U21 team.

I bought him out of the draft from Gangnam 2345 days ago (more than 6 years ago) for $33000.

Happy retirement to him. He goes straight to my Hall of Fame, first guy in two years in my Utopia team to go there.


Wow ... that's quite a long time. But I've got a couple of older guys that just want to get a couple of $$ every week in order to have some fun in scrimmages. Playing in the "Old Men Cup" organized by Nachtmahr. ;)

But I love it that you also seem to be sentimental about your players. Same for me (I almost bought back a TSP 10 guy that played for my team about 40+ seasons ago - he was on the TL for 90k. Since 90k is almost all my money atm, I decided against that^^) ;)

Height max 190cm, to get the max asap out of him.

so now after i've done scouting for the entire U21 pool, this is my reassessment:
I've overestimated the amount of training our (now) 21 year olds received... there's a bigger pool of 21 year olds, compared to last season, but a bag of mixed nuts.... will really have to be creative with selecting a roster this season.

we're short on talent from the 20 year olds. next season when they become 21 and are the core, we're really gonna have to bank on the 5 or 6 players that got training from that class to carry the team.

19 year olds. we got some potentials from this season's draft. 18 year old rookies from last season didn't make much gains and will probably be insignificant.

So overall, I over guesstimated our potential and don't think we'll be in contention in season 63 and more than likely season 64 as well

I would object, looking at one of my trainees ;) Let's see what this season will bring ... you're always doing great, so why shouldn't you get more wins out of this campaign than should be possible? We're counting on you! ;)
