Ratings never tell the whole story especially with well designed teams.

The real moral of the story is that the most salary efficient B3 champ in history did it with inside offense and prioritizing IS and ID with nearly all of his players. That is something a certain poster (who will remain nameless) berated other posters for the last couple of months and even calling them stupid.
