Wolph, man, you lost this argument. Culture change is a term that can be used for any organization or generic group of people, including sports organizations. This doesn't make it a "sports term." Based on your logic, "owner" is a sports term because it's the correct terminolgy to refer to the person or group who owns a sports team. But "owner" isn't a sports term because anyone can "own" anything and not have it refer to sports (hell, I'm owning you in this argument right now). A sports term is something like "slam dunk." We use that term, occasionally, outside sports to refer to something that's really easy. Wherever the term is used, it refers to it's basketball definition. We know what the term "culture change" means not because we know anything about basketball, but because we speak english.
But I have to admire your perseverance. If I was completely wrong about something a month ago, I wouldn't keep bringing it up. I'd be willing to bet most people wouldn't have brought it up again. But not you. That's what makes you special. You fight through an argument, hoping to win it in the 12th round (sports term) after your opponent is completely worn out. That's when you deliver the knock out punch, the two sentence, 3 page response, devoid of any coherence. But this one you lost a month ago. Don't fret Wolph. Just keep scanning the forums. There's another claim out there that deserves a long, tough to read, rambling stream of consciousness.
