I personally think the skills are OD, PA and ID, in that order. That doesn't mean that these skills necessarily have to be the highest, I just think these 3 skills are the most important.

my goal is to make him look somthing like this:


Jump Shot ... 17 Jump Range 12
Perimeter Defense 17 Handling... 16
Driving ...... 20 Passing ......10

for me.....the rebounding and passing are too low...

I would try something like this

Jump Shot ... 14 Jump Range 14
Perimeter Defense 17 Handling... 16
Driving ...... 18 Passing ......13
Inside Shooting 14 Inside Defense14
Rebound ............13 Shot Blocking 11

This guy is only making 139K a week...
I have a HOF player and this is what I am shooting for..
with the high driving, IS at 14 will do the job...add some SB and his ID would be good at 14..(ID 14 SB 11 would defend better than ID 15 SB 8)...and I would go for more passing than 10.
