first of all its nice to see users also ouside scotland follow this theard.

i know more or less where i was headed too: 6 seasons ago i run the NT of Ghana which i think one of smallest community in BB.
and than there was no one even trully active among thos users.
2 seasons ago i run my home country israel and now scotland.
calum indeed made a great job and he also send me the scottish NT excele sheet.

BB-mail is one of the good communication thing to contact sleepy users but i also trying to wake up this fourom.
if ill secceed it will be good if not at least i tried.

You need to keep in mind that most people will be in contact with the U21 system about developing players.

In regards to ideas to the games why don't you TIE if you are convinced we are going to lose so we can fair better in future games.

enthusiasm is a very important thing in such a campaighn.
i can only tell you that we are in good condition in our enthusiasm.

you have to keep in mind that players over 21 also need to be trained so they can get to the senior NT in 2-4 seasons by now.
so if there are users who hold players who have players ages 22,23,24,25 with potential superstar and above and think he have the time and patient to get him to the requierd skills please contect me in private.

hello scotland community.
first of all its very bad that none of you are sharing there feelings about the scottish NT.
exept for one user who turn to me in private about one of his player none of you even whant to help nor develop some new stars for the NT.

if such a thing continue there wont be a future for the NT.

Hey, we voted you in, now it's up to you do do the hard work! ;P
Seriously though, I can't speak for anyone else, but I don't log in to BB much and I don't really understand the game well enough to get involved with forum discussions about the NT. Sorry.
I train 2 players in the U21s though. One is 21yo the other is 20yo. I'd like to train them both for the senior NT once their time in the U21s is over.
I think there are a few other teams who like me are quiet on the forum but who train Scots for the national teams. So at least we do something to help you! :)

training two players for the U21 NT is very important for the coninueation of the senior team!
i really hope you are in contact with the U21 manager compering to there traning.

2. players who get out from the draft have to get spacial itension: for example now we see about 30 active users here.
probably only 20-25 really active: i dont know if the U21 manager is doing so but every player who has superstar potential or above must get spacial traning programme.

now we cant force users to train there playes but if they dont planing to trin this players ites better they will sell them so another user will train him.

player 18 years of age with M.V.P potential can be worth very high in the market regaring his opening skills.

the U21 manager is more than welcome to respond here: i can tell you he gave a list of players ages 22-25 but cause we are in the middle of the campaighn i cant check them out now!.

3. again if anyone thinks he hold a player which can be in the NT and we missed him for some reason please contect me by BB-mail.

Of course I'm in contact - the 2 players are in the U21 team. I'm training exactly as the U21 manager requests.
Once my boys are too old for the U21 I'll be speaking to you! ;)

...but every player who has superstar potential or above must get spacial traning programme.

Like I said, I'm no expert, but I think we won't have enough players with such potential each season to form a U21 team. I think the target would probably have to be lower. (look at the U21 roster - 3 of the 12 players are "star". I am quite sure that Samu hasn't missed lots of better players..!)
For the NT I guess it's different, but in any case, the U21s surely have to look after such high potentials "Superstar" in such a small country. We only have a few every season.

To be fair to the lad, it wasnt' an easy schedule this season. I could've expected 2 wins though.

That's true. But he's also not very communicative on the forums. Let's just hope he doesn't become a Rick James (or whatever that guys name was...)
