Ok Nick. So, according to you (and the whole Community) between Staff Skills and Potential Skills, there is the enthusiasm condition list. Take my screen shot (only edited with a black box as far as personal issues are concerned).

I found it here: http://www.buzzerbeater.com/community/rules.aspx?nav=ever.... Do I have to use american english to be shown up? Still the link from the Matchup Lineup does not work. But its ok.

No friends! when I click the enthusiasm from the lineup formation, I still do not see anything.
