sorry to hijack... but didn't see the sense in starting a fresh thread for a similar question.

Jump Shot: prominent ↑ Jump Range: respectable
Outside Def.: strong Handling: mediocre
Driving: respectable Passing: average
Inside Shot: mediocre Inside Def.: pitiful
Rebounding: atrocious Shot Blocking: pitiful
Stamina: atrocious Free Throw: mediocre

Experience: atrocious

right now my conference is pretty weak... so I'm having this player as both SG / PG with two other trainees.

I play a lot of outside offence so I was wondering if I need to give him a pop in JR? Worried that it will pop slower since JS is quite far ahead.

If not I was thinking of going OD 2 weeks. PS 2 weeks.

I would train OD 1st there is no substitute for defense. Then I might pop handling or passing if he was mine other though might think differently.

Ya bronco I was being a bit generic and your training schedule looks pretty good for his players so I would suggest he go with that.

about this reason JS will pop slower, because his JR is in comparision so "weak".

I would say OD, PS and JR are the things to go primary probadly also in this order.
