I'm absolutely new in the game... I already read the rules and the newbie help thread, but I can“t find anything referring to the staff.
What's the recommended level for a trainer if I've just begun? Is it better to invest on a trainer instead of players or is it the other way around? How important is the trainer as my team gets better (and I get a healthier finances)? Or perhaps is better to invest in scouting?
Thanks!

well you need good young players to train, so without that, having a high level trainer wouldn't make much sense. level 4 trainers usually go for pretty cheap. level 5 can be cheap if you get the ones with a bit higher salary.

Sorry for the counter-question... what is a "good young player"? 18-19 years? average-respectable in the skills to train? star or better as potential? just to have some idea...
Thanks for the suggestion!

18 if you can find em but 19 are good also even 20 really. training slows down over time with age so the younger the better. with the stats i would say that is good range.
