Hi, as I've read here in the forums, training age greatly affects the speed of learning for the players. What I would like to know now is what exactly is the difference with the training speed of a player aged 18 and a player aged 24?
Or maybe a better demonstration of the question would be this:
18 yr old player trains jump shot for _ weeks to get an increase in the said skill
19 yr old player trains jump shot for _ weeks to get an increase in the said skill
20 yr old player trains jump shot for _ weeks to get an increase in the said skill
21 yr old player trains jump shot for _ weeks to get an increase in the said skill
22 yr old player trains jump shot for _ weeks to get an increase in the said skill
23 yr old player trains jump shot for _ weeks to get an increase in the said skill
24 yr old player trains jump shot for _ weeks to get an increase in the said skill
Consider they were trained by the same level 5 coach, and the program is Outside Shooting for SG only. All the players have the same stats and potential except for their age. Is it really not worth it to train a 24 year old compared to an 18 year old player?
Your insights will be very much appreciated!
Thanks!
