Hi I am running for election in South Africa. In addition to speaking fluent English, I know a fair bit about the country. I sit 2 desks away from someone who served in South Africa's airforce, and was on the under 17 rugby team before a broken leg and collarbone ended thir sporting career.

More importantly for you though, I am a very qualified BB manager in general. I have never had a losing season in 5 full seasons and 1 partial season.

I have consistently managed above the level of my team. Meaning my team building skills and training are sometimes imperfect, but my game management has always given me a great chance. I am currently in division 2 in the united states, which is one of the toughest and most skilled countries. Most countries I'd not only have a top flight team but arguably a championship team that could win the double each year. As it were my team was one game away from making NBBA in spite of being considerably weaker by stars and by salary against many of my opponents.

I can win games with limited talent, and pick battles wisely. I have a good idea of south africa's talent pool, and will work closely with owners who had stud draftees to make sure they are trained to a level where South Africa can be a force for both the present and future.

Please consider me carefully and vote for the best candidate out there. Thank you!

1)Who I am
I’m edeus, coach of Nothing but Net,
I play this game since season 2 and now I’m in the Italian III.14.
I have much experience in this game and I have a lot of experienced friends ready to help me in this challenge. They are members of the italian III.12, the most difficult III in Italy. We are experienced both in the game and in NT organization.

2) Community
Community will be the very important part of the project. I need community support for organize and for report the players. The most important thing will be communication.
No secret for the community!
Live talk about the games, the players, open to suggestion and also critics.

3)Staff
Even if I am well-supported by great experienced managers , I'm sure I'll need YOUR help because i think that you know your best players and your collaboration will be very important.

4) Raising project.
Managers must help the NT players. This is the only way to really improve! There will be interaction between us and the player owners, we'll talk about the best training. We know manager’s first goal is the best for his team, but we can reach an agreement and help the NT team.

There will be something like a "save interesting (young) players". We can use italian community (the biggest of BB) for raise the players without owners or on sale by actual owner. In italian forum we can advertise the important players, there will be surely someone interested to train them (in Italy there are V series, so every level could be interesting to train and raise).

That doesn't mean "Italians manage our country". YOU are the first core of South African players, italian community can help to keep alive those important player in dead team.

I know you maybe trust more in your manager, but it's your choice, no problem about that.

Obviously I can't promise the World cup :) but I think we can make the first step to become a raising star.

South Africa is a big country, but, unfourtunally, it has a very small community. I want to do the best I can to involve your community and to make your U21 NT grow and reach the level of the actual best african country!

Vote for me ;)
See you

Hello all you South African fellow managers, and candidates for the N21 elections!
I am the current U21 manager, it was a pleasure to be in the position of managing a national team aspecially my own. I think it is a good thing to see so many people interested in our U21 and some seem to know preaty well how things work in buzzerbeater.
My objectiv was to see South Africa in the top 30 teams in the world and to beat all
African nations and I'm pleased with what I have accomplished.
I would like to participate again for the elections as I think I can still do better for my country.
Good luck all the other candidates!
Boss
