I'm new to BB, and i should be making my first few dealings on the transfer market this week.

I guess the way forward is training young players, but i was just wondering what age i should buy trainees at.

I've seen a few good trainees at 19yo , is that too old?

nice 18 yo trainees are to expensive for new teams. normaly a nice 19yo is good enough

And do 20yo train quick enough to warrant training or not?
