I'm crashing FF everytime I try to watch a game, the rest of the site works fine. Besides upgrading to 3.0 this week the only other thing I can think of is a beta prog called Microsoft Silverlight that I tried out last night. I've uninstalled both and am re-installing FF during halftime. I'd guess Silverlight is the culprit but any insight would be appreciated.

I've had Silverlight installed for a long time, and no interference like this. It's a weak answer, but re-installing Flash would be worth trying.

Yeah, It was supposed to let me watch HD of Usain Bolt on NBC's website, but it turned out to be choppy youtube quality garbage. I'm sure it had somthing to do with it, everything's better now :)
