This is a strong field of candidates.

You have UkAndrius. In the top 1000 managers globally by rank, and in the top division in England. Both of those things take significant effort and ability.

Then you have Fontakas 7. Top 3000 by rank globally, years of experience, 85 games of Cyprus u21 management and more wins than any other Cyprus u21 manager in the history of BuzzerBeater. Cyprus have their own league, but with 21 active managers, they don't have THAT many more players to choose from than Scotland!

So why vote for me then? Because I have skin in the game. All 15 of my players are Scottish. 7 of them are 21 and under. Of those, 4 of them are likely to be part of the strongest roster Scotland u21 can put together. Put bluntly, it is in my own interest to make an effort to make Scotland u21 as good as possible because it will also benefit my team and vice versa.

If I win, I invite UKAndrius and Fontakas 7 to stay in contact and help out should they choose to.

If I lose, I am happy to discuss any way I can help support the winner that doesn't make my team worse by doing it.

I am UKAndrius and I always like to train young players. I like and want to train United Kingdom players first. (England, Scotland, Cymru).
I have a lot of experience in training players.
I want to train and supervise the Scottish U21 team. During my term, I will supervise young talents, talk to the Scottish managers, advise and raise the Scottish team to the highest possible rating.
