There is no explanation of "TSP" in the game manual. What does it stand for, and what are the two numbers?

Its Total Skill Points.
First number is total outside skills so JS, JR, OD, Handling, Driving and Passing.
Second number is total inside skills so IS, ID, Rebounding and SB.
