Ron Burgos (42340813), will be turning 22 this offseason.

He's got kind of a weird build. Started out with 38 TSP at 18 years old and 1 JS/2JR, but at 5'10" his JR progressed extremely rapidly.

Jump Shot: respectable ↑ Jump Range: sensational ↑
Outside Def.: stupendous Handling: proficient
Driving: prominent Passing: sensational
Inside Shot: inept ↑ Inside Def.: mediocre
Rebounding: inept Shot Blocking: awful
Stamina: awful Free Throw: respectable

Experience: awful TSP: 83 (67 + 16)

Has another week of OD too. Previously my thought was to get him to legendary.

I'm promoting to D.III this upcoming season. What is the best way to build a reasonably cost-effective player that I can afford to keep into the future?

Is it better to try to get JS = JR? Or more HA/DR? What is the minimum level of HA/DR acceptable for a D.II caliber guard?
Should I sacrifice some OD (stop at 18) for salary reasons? Or is the best bet to double down on making him a defensive specialist?

Interesting. Not something I had thought to consider, but a good point - although this is the part where the 5'10" height, which is otherwise nice, is going to really suck. What would you recommend is a good level of ID to shoot for on a high-level defensive guard?
