I want to candidate for nippons national team meneger because i have experiance andi think i can bring alot of won games to the team but ofcourse i need your help as trainers of great players . Vote for me and bring Nippon to the next level.

I post myself as a candidate. As I stated before (while sharing my views regarding the NT some time ago) I think that the key element is to build up the potential this country has, from within. There are plenty of great players, but in order to make them grasp their value up to the max, an organization needs to be created. And now that we are becoming a "bigger" (still in small letters though :P) community, it's the right time to do it.

There are three points I would like to take into account:

National call-ups
Unless there are exceptions that are invaluable, the roster will be integrated by players that play here.

Research
If this point is completed and given the importance it deserves, there practically isn't a team that can't be beaten. So, one of the ideas I have is of distributing the researching between users who are volunteered to help (the NT included). So that each match is covered in the tactical planning.

Last but not least. I find it awful just by looking at that blank spaces in the National Team page. So one of the fist things I'd love to give the NT is colours.

I want to candidate as Nipon NT Manager, because I felt in love with Japan since I have visited Tokyo three years ago. As I really like your country and I want to revisit it soon and meet some friends. I have also named my Hattrick team "Japan Dreaming" till I return to Japan :-D

Watashi wa Stefano desu. I'm an Italian BB manager currently playing my 4th season on BuzzerBeater. I'm in III division in one of the most difficult countries. In Italy there are quite 3400 teams and the national team is the best as it have won the BB world champion.

Nippon NT
- I will choose players both from Japanese team and foreign teams, so there will be a bigger "database" of players to choose from
- In the first times in the NT there will be players of every age, but I keep an eye on youngest players (18-21 yrs old) as they will be the future of the NT. I will include many young player in the roster in order to make them to start play with the national team and to gain experience.
- My staff will be made up mostly by Japanese manager so that they can check championships and discover youngest talents
- I want all Japanese managers to get interest in the national team, so I will post results, ideas and ask for your suggestions in the forum
- I will give Japanese managers help about the game, training and tactics

If you want Nippon to be an important team...
