Hello South Africa,
I am Philoumiha and I candidate to become your new NT coach.
IRL, I'm 37 years old, married with 2 children. In game, my team was created in season 17. I've been interested by national teams very quickly. My personal team became a kind of training laboratory for countries where I was implied.
Considering my NT experience, it started in season 20 when I took charge of Moldova U21. These 2 seasons in a micronation have been very positive as a first step.
Then I've been recruited as a staff member in Romania. My main job consisted in scouting high potential players to make them useful for both NTs.
In season 25, as the NT coach didn't have anymore free time to manage the national team, I have been elected so I could continue the work I started 3 seasons ago. I stayed 4 seasons there. I brought a generation until full maturity.
In season 29, I had the opportunity to candidate in my own country: France. I made 6 seasons there. I developed a long-term training project there. Modestly, I can say that France NT progressed during my mandates. Results were a bit disappointing in my own opinion as I only could get 3 bronze medals.
Now it's time for me to let someone else continue my work there. That's why I candidate in South-Africa now.
Why South-Africa?
There are 2 reasons:
1. I don't have anymore enough free time to manage a macronation team. In France, there are 1100 managers and one hundred players to keep an eye on. If you want to make a good job, it's really time-consuming. One year and half is enough. In South Africa, there are 6 active teams at the moment, so that's a different job.
2. I have affinity now with South-Africa. My friend CaptainTeemo has been elected to manage your U21 team (with pretty good results for his first season). I also train 3 players for national teams (2 for U21 and 1 for U21 and NT)
What will be the objectives?
1. Short-term: We will play the continental tournament at home. That is a huge advantage. So we will fight for the title. however it will be quite hard, because there are very good teams in Africa with a long term project (hello to Senegal)
2. Long-term: We need to make the team progress season after season. That means training efficiently the highest potentials, saving players from botification (with the help of the U21 coach). That way we will be able to put and maintain South Africa at the top of Africa.
Thank you very much.
Go South Africa!
