As many of you know, I find it highly annoying that the transfer list is full with players that are listed for insane amounts of money, most of those players sit around on the transfer list for seasons - if sold at those prices somebody got ripped off by a bumhunter. Some small changes could improve the transfer market a lot.
My suggestion would be that either you can list every player only X times per season - in my opinion, if you can't sell him after your third attempt you should be done for the season.
Or, increasing listing fees every time you list the player - this would be tricky, because like x% of salary would not work that well and fixed amounts would need to be adjusted to league level - maybe too complicated...
