This seems like a stupid question but i can't seem to find the answer for it anywhere.

What teams get relegated to lower divisions at the end of the season?

There is a playoff to see who gets relegated right? Who plays?
And if you are already in the lowest division, what happens?

Any clarification would be very helpful.

8th automatically relegated.
6th vs 7th and 7th vs 6th in opposite conference. Losers relegate.
