How come an atrocious free throw shooter can't make a single one
even if he has legendary jump shot.
Today my atrocious rebounder grabbed 12 boards in his triple double.
Just a scrimmage but still, very interesting
Probably the same reason that a player can somehow make it to one of the top teams in the world without ever having trained free throws. (Though, at least, this should become less common in the future with cross-training, so guys who are being trained who may have otherwise been 0.000% guys may get just enough FT in cross-training to become five percent free throw shooters).
Of course, after seeing my team shoot under five percent from the field in the first quarter of my last playoff game despite having much higher skill levels than absolute zero, maybe that's too high a percentage for FT. ;)
