Well... this is awkward.

How'd your draft go?
Mine went surprisingly well. I landed a meh 19yo PA-pot guy... and a quite nice Superstar 18yo.

Jump Shot: respectable Jump Range: average
Outside Def.: inept Handling: average
Driving: respectable Passing: respectable
Inside Shot: mediocre Inside Def.: mediocre
Rebounding: mediocre Shot Blocking: atrocious
Stamina: awful Free Throw: mediocre

Not too bad, especially given I didn't spend a single point on my draft!!!
Just not too sure what to do now.

He is really nice guy. If you will train him pressure @ PG with lvl 5 trainer start from this week training, after his 18 yrs old his OD will be above lvl 14. his 19 yrs training will be Passing and JR. He will be really superstar in his age of 20yrs. Just dreaming about him.

Sorry, but his player has level 4 OD now.....Do you really think you can get 10 OD pops in 14 trainings?
I seriously doubt he could get that OD up to 14 in 1 season. Maybe by 20, he could do it..

Firstly, thanks. I'm pretty happy to score him... but a bit puzzled as to keep him or sell him. Secondly, I understand how to train a player. Thanks tho'.

Lastly, as YC stated - he's not going to get to L14 OD in 1 season.

If you wanna sell him. I cannot buy him :D (joking)
My trainees over full house already. I am also arranging for this problem.

14 weeks 48 mins @PG with minimum lvl 5 trainer. But that is not too easy in JBBL, if you hold only 1 trainees that is possible for you. You can arrange other rosters for balancing. So if u can train him 10weeks I promised you he will pop up minimum 7. That is not so bad for him @ his 18yrs. Try the best.

Please don't take this the wrong way, but I don't really need training advice...

As you guys know I spent a ton on the draft & got total rubbish, I will be firing them all after thursday. Kenichi Tomioka that malice randomly lucked into was my top pick. In the draft he was a 5/4 A+ 6'3" 18 year old PG. I never thought I had a chance to get him but funny that he went to someone blind picking.

I think Akiya Ishizuka who I got was actually my 6th preference which is very unusual, normally everyone in the draft gets better than that. I had interviewed so many players who turned out to have 2 ball potential I had run out of scouting points, so I ended up with for my $300,000 with a $2k star potential not worth $1k.

Last season EVERY team got 1 of their top 3 picks.
Season 22 everyone got top 3 but 1 team who got #4.
Season 21 everyone but 1 got their 1st or 2nd pick.
Same season 20.
Season 19 was unlucky 1 team got their 5th pick.
Season 18 everyone got 1st or 2nd.
Season 17 everyong got at worst 3rd.
Season 16 wow only 1 team didn't get their 1st pick.
Season 15 was bad 2 teams got their 5th pick.
Season 14 someone got their 7th pick.

So hooray, I am not the most unlucky ever, only the most unlucky in the last 10 seasons.
