I can't believe, but I'm goin to write it. Yes, I like that idea, but there are so many cons that probably this idea will never be implemented.

#1 How would you like to merge two and more countries? People should start from scratch (how distribute D1 teams?), so every one should start from the lowest possible level for a region. I hardly believe, people will accept such an "offer".
#2 What if country develop and become macronation? How macrocountry could quit region league? Let's say Pakistan will gain 1000 users next year and they are part of region league. How could they become independent and establish their own league?

There are 51 nations, which have problems with filling up D1 and D2 level. It means 1397 users plays in macronations (<80 users). If you those nations into regional areas (europe, africa, asia, america) you will get 4 average size leagues. It sounds quit good, only if teams could represent their own country within regional league. They must have an opportunity to vote, draft national rookies, have national team player and etc.. But, how would you like to collect teams from those countries (or even whole continent like Africa) into 1 league? Everyone should start from same level. They will lose their arena, staff, players, money and history. They will start from scratch. Any other way will lead to differences and elder teams will have quite big advantage over new teams, even if they start the same day in new league.

Not bad. BB's biggest problem is its lack of growth due to the lack of users in many regions of the world. This could really help solve the problem.

Hi,

The thing you propose is a big big change. It will have a lot of consequences and i'm not sure everybody in microations and in bigger nations would agree. I, for example, would of course be glad to be part of a more competitive league but i would not want to start from the beginning once again. Also, yes we have small nations (16 "official" active users in Senegal, 6 or 7 real ones and 3 who actually know how to play and compete for the title) and boring leagues. But our teams grow fastly, we have bigger chance to play the BBB, bigger chances to train NT players and if you want to you can invest yourself in NTs. I guess each nation has its advantages and its defects... So yes my league is boring but i still enjoy my time here.

Why not removing national cups and make regional cups ? An African Cup, another one in the Caribeans, etc... I understand many users want bigger changes but it would be a first step and it would not set new problems.

I like this.

Only minimal problem, usually the cup winner goes to the BBB. Here, we would have one winner and many losers, but we also could do like the Consolation in NT where there is one winner and all the best teams of each continents receive their Continent Tournament the season after. Best teams of each country could go to the BB and if several lose at the level, either the best ranked or a final between them could happen for the place.

Thanks

Usually the cup winner goes to the BBB, that's true but :
- Often the cup winner is also the champion so...
- We, micronation's managers, have to admit that we are over represented in the BBBs
- If we want to we can still give a ticket for the BBBs to the teams that would reach the quarter-finals or the semi-finals of those regional cups
