I noticed that the league standings have not updated to include yesterday's games. When will that happen? Also, when do the All Star Game rosters come out?

In Lithuania games are already updated and All Star game rosters came out today, try checking out your league->All Star week->voting results.

Ok my league finally updated but I don't see anything regarding the All Star Game.

It is there in the drop down box on your league ladder page.

Just as a spoiler... you got the Starting SF & PF spots and the Back Up C.

It doesn't say anything on your players page before the game to indicate they made it, you have to get the info from the All-Star Tab.
